1.If you cancel
More than 30 days before departure: the deposit is refunded in full.
Between 30 and 14 days: the 20% deposit is retained.
Fewer than 14 days: 50% of the total is due.
No-show: 100% of the total is due.
2.Medical emergencies
With a medical certificate we waive the above and refund in full, or move the trip at no cost. This applies to close family members too.
3.If we cancel
If we cancel for a reason of our own, you are refunded in full. If we cancel for safety or force majeure, you choose between a free reschedule and a refund of everything not provided.
4.Small-group departures
Guaranteed departures run regardless of numbers. For the rest, if the minimum is not met 14 days out we offer a private departure at the group rate, another date, or a full refund.
5.Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 10 working days to the original payment method. International bank charges remain with the sending institution.
