Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay a deposit to get an itinerary?
No. We draft a full day-by-day plan with named accommodation and a firm price before you pay anything. You only confirm once the itinerary is right, and most people go through two or three revisions first.
How do I pay, and when?
A 20% deposit by bank transfer or card confirms your dates, with the balance payable in cash or by transfer at the start of the trip. We do not take payment through the website.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure with a full deposit refund. Between 30 and 14 days the deposit is retained; inside 14 days, 50% of the total. We waive all of it for documented medical emergencies.
Is every tour available privately?
Yes, every single one, on any date. Private departures are a fixed supplement on the vehicle and guide rather than a per-person charge, so they work out well from four people upwards.
How big are the groups really?
Our average small-group departure runs at six to eight people. The stated maximum is a genuine cap, not an aspiration — the desert camps and vehicles physically cannot take more.
