1.Who we are
Hajar Morocco Tours SARL, Rue Ibn Aicha, Guéliz, Marrakech, Morocco, holding guide licence 765. A licensed travel agency in Morocco — any licence or registration number not printed above is provided on request at hello@hajarmorocco.com.
2.Booking and confirmation
A quote is not a booking. Your place is confirmed only when we receive the 20% deposit and send you a confirmation email.
The balance is payable in cash or by transfer at the start of the trip.
3.Prices
Prices are in euros, per person, and depend on group size. They include only what is listed under "Included" on the relevant itinerary.
Prices are held from confirmation onwards, except where government taxes change.
4.Changes by you
Date or itinerary changes are free up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability. Inside that, costs already committed to accommodation may apply.
5.Changes by us
We may alter an itinerary for safety, weather or road closures. Where we do, we offer an equivalent alternative or refund the portion not provided.
6.Insurance
Travel insurance is a condition of booking. For treks above 3,000 m it must explicitly cover mountain rescue.
7.Liability
We are responsible for the services we provide directly. We are not liable for flights, public transport delays, or events outside our control.
8.Governing law
Moroccan law applies and the courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights for EU residents.
