2.What we collect
When you complete a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, intended travel dates, group size and the content of your message.
When you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, time on site and traffic source, in aggregated and anonymised form.
3.Lawful basis and purpose
We process your data to answer your enquiry and arrange your trip — either as pre-contractual steps at your request, or on your consent for analytics and the newsletter.
4.How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings: 24 months. Trip files: 10 years, for accounting and insurance. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
5.Who sees it
We do not sell or rent your data. It is accessible to our team, our forms provider, and — only the details necessary for your stay — accommodation booked in your name.
6.Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to hello@hajarmorocco.com; we respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU you may complain to your national data protection authority. In Morocco, the CNDP is the competent body.
7.Cookies
Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your agreement. Analytics and marketing load only after consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in the footer.
